The spa facilities were excellent, with a wide variety of options to relax and recover. The salt room, herbal steam bath, and sauna were exceptional. I especially enjoyed the outdoor thermal jacuzzi, it was a pleasure like no other. The pools were clean and well-maintained, with staff ensuring that all wet surfaces were safe to walk on. the location of the hotel, close to the forest and trails, offered a peaceful and natural environment to explore. The room itself was clean, with all facilities functioning properly. The bathroom was also clean and I didn't encounter any issues.
There were a few aspects that I didn't enjoy during my stay. there were ongoing construction works, which unfortunately ruined the view from my room.

The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in the heart of the town with easy access to restaurants and shops. the spa facilities were also impressive, with a variety of pools and a nice outdoor area. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool, surrounded by trees and providing a relaxing atmosphere.
My experience at the hotel was marred by a few negative aspects. the breakfast was disappointing, with low-quality ingredients and a lack of variety.

There were a couple of negatives during our stay. First, we had trouble communicating with the staff at the lobby bar as they didn't understand English very well.

Great pools with warm mineral water and an excellent spa. The spacious and comfortable rooms are a plus, as is the friendly service. Key location facts include clear information about hiking trails. the outdoor thermal jacuzzi was a pleasure like no other.
The food in the restaurant was definitely lacking in flavour, with a variety but with no taste. Smoking was allowed anywhere, including close to pools and fitness areas.

Found some things that I really enjoyed about my recent city break hotel. One of the best aspects was the affordable price for the facilities offered. the hotel was located in a scenic area, with gorgeous mountains nearby that made for great hiking opportunities. the buffet options was very delicious and I really enjoyed the meals provided.
The hotel lacked some important features that I anticipated. the spa center didn't live up to my expectations and I was disappointed that there was no complimentary drinking water available.

The hotel is situated opposite a popular restaurant and close to the beautiful forest, with plenty of hiking opportunities. It also offers a great location close to the park, perfect outdoor activities. the rooms are quite comfortable with good service, but some bathroom items need refreshing. the spa facility is good and offers in and outdoor pools.
The breakfast offered cheap quality products and the cleaning could have been better in the spa facility.

This hotel is a luxurious haven for relaxation. the exclusive amenities of the Spa & wellness centre, including the indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, and massages, make for a top-notch spa experience. the full body massage I received was incredibly refreshing and rejuvenating. the Spa lounge and outdoor swimming pool offer beautiful relaxation areas. the location, surrounded by a pine tree forest, offers a serene environment that enhances the overall experience.
Despite these positives, the restaurant's food quality was subpar and the pillow was a bit uncomfortable. They could use an upgraded quality of products served at breakfast and a pillow menu.

We had a wonderful stay at Spa Hotel Infinity Park. The spa area was fantastic, offering a variety of amenities and treatments. The massages were great, although a bit pricey. The room was comfortable, especially the bed. The location in the woods was peaceful and serene. The staff at the restaurant were amazing, as one of the waiters noticed that I had forgotten my wallet and went out of their way to return it to me. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
